Terms and Conditions

Net 30 days with approved credit. Shipment may be held due to failure to satisfy credit requirements or pay any past due invoices. Prices, specifications, and packaging are subject to change without notice; weights and cubes are approximate and may vary due to improvements in products or packaging.

Freight Responsibility and Claims

Carrier routing will be determined by WOFD on all prepaid, or prepaid and add orders. When the customer selects the carrier, WOFD is not responsible for the services provided by that carrier. Customer selected carrier shipments will be shipped collect or third party based on the customer's instructions.

WOFD has made special arrangements with selected freight companies for the handling of freight damage claims. All WOFD shipments are put on the freight line free from damage and are signed for as such by the carrier's agent. WOFD's responsibility for the product's safe delivery ceases at this point and responsibility is assumed by the carrier. As a service, WOFD will file freight claims for F.O.B. origin, prepaid, and prepaid and add shipments under the following conditions:

Any shipments received with visible carton damage or shortages must be noted as "damaged" or "short" on the bill of lading and signed by the receiving agent, as well as the carrier. the damaged cartons should then be inspected immediately to determine if there is product damage. If there is obvious product damage to the shipment upon receipt, refuse the shipment and note on the bill of lading " damaged and refused" before signing. An inspection of the contents of all cartons immediately upon arrival is recommended. WOFD must be notified within 5 working days after product is delivered if any shortages or damages were found (including concealed damage that does not become apparent until the product is unpacked). Failure to note shortages and damages on the bill of lading and/or failure to notify WOFD within 5 working days after shipments receipt constitutes a waiver of claim. Freight claims for third party and /or collect shipments are the responsibility of the customer. Contact Customer Support at 1-800-288-9633 if shipment ins not received within 10 days of shipment.

This program covers dock deliveries during normal business hours.

Lift gate deliveries, inside deliveries, limited access deliveries and other accessorial charges incurred beyond normal dock deliveries will be billed in full to the customer. Please let us know beforehand if you have specific delivery instructions and we will be happy to coordinate a delivery that meets your needs. We will also work with any dealer that works on the border of zones to create a fair program.

This program is based on a per shipment basis. We will automatically consolidate orders to meet free freight requirements. Drop charges will only be added to 1 order when consolidating orders that do not meet minimum freight requirements.

WOFD is also happy to hold orders until there are enough for free freight. Please discuss this with your representative or the operations staff at WOFD.

Zone1: includes Georgia, Alabama, East Tennessee (including east of I-65 and the greater Nashville area), South Carolina and North Carolina

$3,500 list orders receive free freight. All orders below $3,500 list will include a flat rate of $85 on LTL service. Items which can be sent by UPS, DHL, or FEDEX will be billed to our customer at actual cost not to exceed the $85 charge.

Zone2: Mississippi, Virginia, Louisiana, Kentucky, North Florida (north and west of I-4) including all of metro Jacksonville (south on I-95 to Daytona Beach), Orlando metro, and the Tampa metro (south to Sarasota). West Tennessee (west of I-65, excluding Nashville)

Freight shipped will be free freight on orders of $4,000 list or more. Those orders that are less than $4,000 list will include a flat rate of $105. Items which can be sent by UPS, DHL, or FEDEX will be billed to our customer at actual cost not to exceed the $105 charge.

Zone3: South Florida (south of I-4 excluding those areas mentioned in zone 2), Oklahoma, Arkansas and East Texas (including greater Ft. Worth, Dallas, Austin, San Antonio and Houston)

Freight shipped will be free freight on orders of $5,500 list or more. Those orders that are less than $5,500 list will include a flat rate of $130. Items which can be sent by UPS, DHL, or FEDEX will be billed to our customer at actual cost not to exceed the $130 charge.

Product Warranty

WOFD is proud to offer a 10 year warranty on our seating (excluding wood seating, which is five years). WOFD warrants to original purchaser, that each piece of furniture will be free from defects in workmanship given normal use and care for ten years of single shift service.

WOFD will repair or replace at our option any parts or parts of the warranted product found to be defective within the terms of the warranty.

SPECIAL NOTE: We assume no responsibilty for the durability or tailoring quality of any C.O.M or C.O.L., directional covers in particular may not meet your satisfaction due to the design of certain products. Please be advised that C.O.M. and C.O.L. orders are not subject to return. If you have doubts about the ultimate appearance of coverings, please order a sample first. In addition, WOFD will assume no responsibility for structural problems that result from C.O.M. or C.O.L. upholstering.
